It’s no secret that planning a wedding is hard work and stressful! With over 10 years of experience and countless weddings under my belt, I can ensure the planning process will be a breeze.

Whether you need full-service wedding planning or some flexible assistance along the way, I can help. I will be as involved in the process as you need or want me to be, planning everything from start to finish or just jumping on board for a few consultations to point you in the right direction.

We get started straight away to get all the big-ticket items booked in as soon as possible and work our way through a comprehensive planning checklist to ensure we have everything covered for a flawless wedding day. This service includes;

Unlimited email contact
Regular face-to-face consultations
Monthly progress reports
Access to an online platform where we can collaborate on design, layout, budgets and suppliers
Full budget management
Appointments scheduled and coordinated for you

Vendors and suppliers sourced and booked on your behalf
Development of a Design & Styling proposal that covers the look and feel of your ceremony space, reception spaces, floor plan, seating plan, floral elements and a budget breakdown plus list of hire items
A team of creatives for on-site setup and styling
On-the-Day Coordination including run sheet organisation, management of suppliers, direction of the bridal party and more
Pack down of styling items from our own inventory

Prices starting from $8680+gst

*Guest numbers over 130 may incur additional set-up fees

Hourly consultations

If you only require assistance for certain tasks, my hourly consultations could be perfect for you.

I offer flexible assistance that can be engaged at any stage of the planning process. Including but not limited to:

Advice on time frames and run sheets
Vendor and supplier recommendations
Identifying gaps in planning and taking action to address them
Providing checklists and templates
Assistance with pulling together a styling concept

Consultations are priced at $150/hour.
