The perfect add-on to our Design & Styling package, On-the-Day Coordination allows you and your loved ones to be completely present on your wedding day. Trust me, your day will go by super fast, so don’t waste a minute of it worrying about all the intricate behind-the-scenes stuff.
The logistics involved in a wedding (particularly on a property!) are enormous and unless you have someone solely responsible for this aspect, you will get bombarded with questions and problems to solve which pulls you away from soaking up the fabulousness that is your wedding day!
Let us manage the details for you, from building your wedding day timeline and making sure your vendor site requirements are met, to getting your MC on the mic for formalities on time and ensuring all key events are executed to perfection.

We start one month out from your wedding date and go over my Comprehensive Wedding Planning Checklist, just to make sure we have everything covered for a flawless wedding day. From there this service includes;
- Unlimited email contact
- A face-to-face consultation where I get a full download of your wedding planning and your vision for the day
- A detailed on-the-day run sheet developed in consultation with all of your vendors and suppliers
- On-site management and coordination of all wedding suppliers on the day
- A venue site-visit to explore all the wedding day logistics
- Directing the bridal party throughout the day
- Working closely with your MC to prompt formalities (so that they can enjoy themselves too!
- Managing the run sheet to ensure that everything runs to schedule
- Up to 8 hours of on-site coordination
